At Fudamike Fashion we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality service and support. We have provided our shipping and return policy below. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact us
Shipping Policy: Most orders placed before 1.00 PM EST will ship the same business day. Most orders are delivered within 3 days of the order date. Overnight Shipping (USPS Express Mail), if ordered before 1.00 PM EST your order will arrive the next day to most major cities in the US. In some cases, it can take up to 2 days for delivery. This is based on the USPS schedule. If the order is unable to be processed and shipped the same day and is listed as "In Stock" the order will be shipped within 24-48 hours from time of order. All Special Order pieces will be shipped upon arrival of the product or as requested by the purchaser. Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise. Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and/or USPS shipping holidays. Fudamike Fashion reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.
Damaged/Lost/Delayed Shipments:
Fudamike Fashion is not responsible for items that may be damaged, or lost by the shipping company, or "carrier" (FedEx, UPS, USPS). All shipments are fully insured with the respective carrier. All products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon receipt and any damage should be brought to the carrier’s attention. If necessary, purchaser should alert the carrier and Fudamike Fashion that a claim needs to be filed for that shipment. Once a claim is approved and processed by the carrier, our shipping department will then ship out a replacement or refund the purchase price. Fudamike Fashion has no control over the timeliness of the shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. If necessary, Fudamike Fashion will aid in the filing of an appropriate claim with the carrier in the event of loss, damage, or shipping delay.
Non Defective Returns: ALL SALES ARE FINAL All unworn clothing can be exchanged for full credit of the merchandise within 7 days of purchase. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return: Must contact our offices within 3 Days from date of receiving any merchandise. We do not accept exhanges after 14 days. No exceptions unless authorized before purchase. Clothing must not be altered or tampered with any attempt to modify. The item must still have the tag attached to it.
